Refinery Receives Penalty After OSHA Conducts Safety Inspection
May 09, 2008 - OSHA has proposed $330,000 in fines against an oil refinery in Oregon, Ohio, for alleged willful and serious violations of federal workplace safety standards.

May 08, 2008 - Federal agencies, including OSHA, published the semiannual regulatory agenda on May 5. The Federal Register no longer contains the complete agenda. Only those entries for rules which are likely to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities and entries that have been selected for periodic review under section 610 of the Regulatory Flexibility Act are included.
